John was a great help in the store, and the stairs were delivered quickly. However, I made a mistake with the measurements and they had to come back. This was resolved incredibly fast, within 4 days, and the stairs are completely finished now, complete with beautiful LED lighting. Thank you, Ömer, for the excellent service and friendliness, truly top-notch! Extremely satisfied with the communication and the final result. We are so happy with it that we decided to have our upstairs staircase done right away too.

Right from the start, we felt heard; they thought along with us and gave excellent advice. We are having our stairs and entrance mat installed, and so far the service has been top-notch! Fair pricing and customer friendliness are clearly high priorities. We also wanted the stairs done before July 5th, and Ömer and Mehtap went to work immediately to make it happen for us. During this time, we had several different people working in our home, and everyone was equally friendly.
