4.7 / 5
Based on 250+ customer reviews
We moved into a new apartment and had it completely renovated and refurnished beforehand. Arslan Aannemers assisted us with the design, and they also managed the entire execution of the project. We are absolutely delighted with the results. They worked neatly and were both responsive and proactive, highly professional, and paid great attention to detail. On top of that, they stayed within budget, including all variations. Every team member was friendly and highly skilled. We wholeheartedly recommend Arslan Aannemers to anyone looking for a reliable, expert partner for a renovation project.
Robert Joore
Highly satisfied with Arslan Aannemersbedrijf! After considering several different contractors, we chose Arslan Aannemersbedrijf for our home's complete renovation – and we have absolutely no regrets! The final result is beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. What truly sets Arslan apart is their transparency and clear communication throughout the entire process. They actively contribute ideas, are highly flexible, and have a wide range of in-house expertise, which gave us complete peace of mind.
Marianne Boersma
We had our entire living room/kitchen renovated by Arslan, including an extension. From demolition to the fully finished home, everything went exactly according to plan, and the project was excellently managed by Emin. He was always available for questions and very open to suggestions and advice. We also ordered several items through Arslan Wonen, thanks to Navin, who guided us wonderfully in the showroom by showing examples and providing great tips and recommendations. The extensive renovation included demolition, the extension, plastering, painting, installing underfloor heating, tiling, building a ceiling cove with LED strips and spotlights, installing air conditioning, and various electrical and plumbing work in the kitchen.
Vinesh Mangrey
I definitely give them 5 stars. After several bad experiences with other companies, we found Arslan. Ömer and Mehtap helped us incredibly well. Right from the start, we felt heard; they thought along with us and gave excellent advice. We are having our stairs and entrance mat installed, and so far the service has been top-notch! Fair pricing and customer friendliness are clearly high priorities. We also wanted the stairs done before July 5th, and Ömer and Mehtap went to work immediately to make it happen for us. We will absolutely be coming back.

Arslan Contractors renovated our entire ground floor last year. We are extremely satisfied and still enjoy our beautiful home every single day. The results are stunning! Thank you, Arslan, we will definitely recommend you to friends and family!

We found a fantastic and highly reliable contractor in Arslan! The renovation of our bathroom and bedroom took five weeks. During this time, we had several different people working in our home, and everyone was equally friendly. The tiler did an amazing job, and Murat (project manager) provided excellent guidance and great ideas along the way! Communication and collaboration were top-notch, and the quality of the work is beautiful. The final deep clean was the perfect finishing touch! We couldn't be happier!
Hester Preesman
It turned out absolutely beautiful! We had Arslan plaster the walls and ceilings, build the media wall, and install the light cove with LED strips and spotlights. The fireplace and baseboards were also purchased from and installed by Arslan. The communication and contact with our project manager, Murat, was incredibly pleasant. He dropped by regularly to make sure everything was going according to our wishes. Any issues we encountered along the way were addressed and fixed or completed almost immediately. We want to thank Arslan Contractors, Murat and the crew, and Maaike from Arslan Wonen for helping to make our lovely home even more beautiful.
Marco and Antoinet
Had 2 stairs renovated plus a small under-stairs cupboard made by Arslan. Very satisfied with the result. We did have a minor communication mishap regarding the date, but it was resolved in a neat and professional manner. Also received great advice in the store from John.

Arslan is an excellent contractor for a complete renovation. We had our entire ground floor done by Arslan, and the results are absolutely beautiful. They are highly responsive and always available for questions or feedback—which is incredibly reassuring during such a major project. While we weren't entirely satisfied with the hallway closet initially, they resolved this quickly and professionally! In the end, that's what matters most. All in all, I would definitely recommend Arslan.

Arslan delivers top-quality work! From the planning and execution to the aftercare of our apartment renovation. Choosing bathroom furniture, tiles, flooring, and doors... it can all be done in the showroom. Offering expert advice and a clear price agreement. With a generous project timeline, you won't face any surprises. The craftsmen deliver excellent work and are managed by a project manager who is always easily reachable. And of course, every renovation comes with unforeseen decisions and costs. Even then, they communicate transparently to help you make the right choice.

Last year, we had an extensive renovation of our home carried out by Arslan Aannemers and Arslan Wonen. We were specifically looking for a company that could handle everything under one roof, and that turned out to be an excellent choice. What did we have done? Installation of underfloor heating, a new floor, a new kitchen (including plumbing), a new toilet, plastered and painted walls, and a new bathroom. We are very satisfied! Not only with the final result, but also with the entire process. The guys on-site did an outstanding job, and the communication with Murat (project manager) and Maaike (sales) was very pleasant. Quick response times and solutions provided whenever needed.
Dennis van Noort

Great! Excellent service. Our questions were answered immediately, even though we asked them after business hours. I would absolutely buy from them again.

So happy with our new PVC stairs from the summer deal promotion! By far the cheapest compared to other companies—it easily saved us half the price. John was a great help in the store, and the stairs were delivered quickly. However, I made a mistake with the measurements and they had to come back. This was resolved incredibly fast, within 4 days, and the stairs are completely finished now, complete with beautiful LED lighting. Thank you, Ömer, for the excellent service and friendliness, truly top-notch! Extremely satisfied with the communication and the final result. We are so happy with it that we decided to have our upstairs staircase done right away too.
Jasmijn van den Bor
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the "dream team" you sent over today to fix the damage and lighting on our stairs. These guys did an incredibly neat job and cleaned up everything. They also discussed their proposed solution with us thoroughly. That's why we wanted to write this note—this team is a fantastic representation of your company. We are extremely satisfied and also want to thank you for your help in coordinating this. dd. 20-01-2025

Very happy with the result (floors, wall reinforcement, painting, steel door, etc.) - everything is extremely neat, great communication, and skilled workers. Highly recommended!

Ground floor renovation carried out by Arslan Wonen and Arslan Aannemers. It was great having everything coordinated seamlessly, with a single point of contact, excellent service, and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result! Special thanks to Murat, Ibrahim, and Ömer.

A complete renovation done by Arslan Aannemers. Everything was rebuilt from scratch into a beautiful practice. A team that keeps its agreements and thinks along with you to achieve the most complete and ideal result for the customer. I highly recommend Arslan Aannemers!

We are extremely satisfied and also want to thank you for your help in coordinating this. dd. 20-01-2025

Ben Lakerveld
Very happy with the result (floors, wall reinforcement, painting, steel door, etc.) - everything is extremely neat, great communication, and skilled workers. Highly recommended!
Sebastiaan Kleinjan

Ground floor renovation carried out by Arslan Wonen and Arslan Aannemers. It was great having everything coordinated seamlessly, with a single point of contact, excellent service, and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result! Special thanks to Murat, Ibrahim, and Ömer.
Alette Posno
A complete renovation done by Arslan Aannemers. Everything was rebuilt from scratch into a beautiful practice. A team that keeps its agreements and thinks along with you to achieve the most complete and ideal result for the customer. I highly recommend Arslan Aannemers!

We are extremely satisfied and also want to thank you for your help in coordinating this. dd. 20-01-2025
