A bright and modern apartment with smart solutions
For this project, Arslan Wonen completed the full renovation of a two-story apartment on the top floors of a residential building. The home was updated from top to bottom, with both the technical installations and the interior finishes undergoing a complete overhaul.
The bathroom was fully modernized with contemporary fixtures, new tiling, a stylish shower layout, and updated sanitary ware. We also fully designed and installed the kitchen, opting for a modern island layout that enhances the connection to the living area and maximizes the available space.
The apartment benefits from abundant natural light thanks to its corner location, which allows light to flood in from two sides. While the apartment is not exceptionally large, this lightness creates an open and airy feel. Additionally, two staircases were completely renovated and fitted with integrated LED lighting, adding both ambiance and safety.
In the living room, we installed a modern media wall (cinewall) featuring an electric fireplace, which serves as both a practical feature and a stunning visual focal point. We also took care of the flooring, painting, plastering, and all electrical and plumbing installations, delivering a fully modernized, turnkey home.
