In this project, we built a brand-new dental clinic from the ground up, with a focus on technology, hygiene, and comfort. The space was transformed from a shell state into a fully equipped, turnkey environment. Because Arslan Aannemers manages all disciplines in-house—from construction to installations and interior design—the project was completed smoothly, quickly, and with a single point of contact.
The technical systems were carefully designed and installed to meet medical standards. Electrical wiring, plumbing, and ventilation were fully modernized and tailored to the exact placement of dental equipment and treatment chairs. The treatment rooms are functionally laid out with custom cabinetry and integrated utility connections, resulting in an organized and hygienic workspace.
The reception desk and waiting area were given a modern, welcoming look with bespoke joinery and low-maintenance materials. By using light colors, durable flooring, and subtle lighting, the clinic feels open, fresh, and highly professional.
This turnkey delivery has resulted in a clinic that not only operates with technical perfection but also projects a sense of calm and confidence for both staff and patients.
