Full turn-key design and build for Dentalab Dental Clinic Rotterdam

For this extensive project, Arslan Contractors managed the complete build of the Dentalab dental clinic in Rotterdam. From the primary utility installations to the final finishes, every detail was executed with the utmost care. The entire infrastructure—including electrical, water, ventilation, and security systems—was professionally installed to meet the high standards required in a clinical environment.

All treatment rooms were constructed according to the technical plans, including custom medical furniture, cabinetry, and the installation of dental chairs with their respective connections. The reception desk and waiting area were custom-built to create a professional and welcoming first impression for patients.

Additionally, high-quality seamless resin floors were meticulously prepared and laid for a sleek, hygienic finish. The back office, emergency exits, stairs renovation, glass interior doors, and office layouts were also fully updated. For the staff, we built locker rooms and a fully equipped canteen kitchen. The result is a modern, fully functional dental clinic where utility, comfort, and professional aesthetics come together perfectly.
