For Dental Time in Utrecht, Arslan Aannemers took care of the complete fit-out of a modern dental clinic featuring three treatment rooms. From the technical preparations to the final finishing touches, every stage of the project was executed with precision to create an efficient and professional working environment.

The reception desk and the spacious waiting area were custom-designed and built with bespoke furniture to ensure a warm and professional welcome. By using sliding glass doors and glass partition walls, we created an open layout while maintaining privacy throughout the different spaces.

Additionally, we managed the complete installation and connection of the dental chairs, including all necessary utilities. We also took care of the fire safety systems, electrical installations, plumbing, CCTV security, and ventilation. Furthermore, our team built a functional sterilization room, an X-ray room, changing rooms, and a hidden back office behind the reception desk. The clinic also features a modern staff canteen and kitchen, fully designed and fitted by our team. The final result is a compact yet fully equipped dental clinic where efficiency and aesthetic appeal come together perfectly.
